Through a detailed questionnaire and a comprehensive 'get-to-know-you' experience, our Designer will curate a full-scale style board to create a visual impact from the moment your guests receive their invitation, to the experience they live throughout the reception. Ten planning sessions with your planner round out this service.

We want to learn about you two as a couple, but as individuals too. We want to learn what excites you, what your biggest fear is, and through that process discuss how we can help.

Our Custom Planning Portal is the tool you never knew you needed, but couldn't live without. Full of checklists, spreadsheets, and sound advice from those who have seen it all. Our portal is one of the items that distinguishes our company in this industry.
phase I: vip vendors
We want you to actually enjoy your engagement, so our signature process is phased-based planning. Phase I is all about securing those VIP vendors: venue, photo, video, entertainment, and catering.
phase II: design
This may be our favorite stage in wedding planning. We design with the two of you in mind: what inspires you, what makes your eyes light up, what your closest family and friends would describe as totally YOU. And then we make sure you have the best team of pros on board to make it happen, because design is more than just a Pinterest board, mmk?
phase III: reconciliation
Those last couple months of planning we wrap everything up and put a big bow on it! On wedding day our team will be on site from the first vendor load-in until breakdown is complete at the end of the night, ensuring your design and vision is perfectly executed (and stress-free!) so your wedding day dreams become reality.

Well, we have a team comprised of planners and designers - meaning you get the best of both worlds when working with us! Someone who operates in their own zone of genius - the perfect duo!
What makes you different?
Glad you asked! It's a bit of an outdated term - we will absolutely be there and support you on your most special day, but our services will always begin a couple of months prior - we've got work to do!
What about 'day of coordination'?
We do not sit in one particular niche or style - our designers have really done them all! We want to make sure your wedding design feels like you, and our team is great at making that happen.
What is your team's design style?
Just say when! Our headquarters is based in San Antonio, Texas, but with a team that also serves Austin, Dallas, and beyond, you'll often find us on the go making magic happen!
Do you travel?
Just kidding, maybe that's not frequently asked, but it depends on the team member! From spicy margs to dirty martinis to a fresh aperol spritz, we certainly work hard and play hard.
