Despite my expensive Physiology degree, my roots have always been in the hospitality industry. So when the opportunity presented itself, and I realized how much I enjoyed this industry after planning my own wedding in 2016, I jumped in head first into this wild world of weddings and events.
I honestly believe that this experience is all about the people behind the scenes making it happen. Yes we have incredibly talented designers, yes our systems and workflows make our planning experience a dream. But at the end of the day, our team is rooted in our love for service, for people, and for a damn good party. That's what you can expect when working with

Katy
Rhea'Lynn
The Founder and leader of the team, Katy's focus has shifted into education, where she coaches other wedding pros all across the country and supports the incredible team you see here.
The 'OG' of Scarlet Rose - Rhea'Lynn leads the design team and initiatives of Scarlet Rose Collective, our company's production and fabrication brand. And she does it so well.
Riley
Alexa
With a background in graphic design, Riley is a talented wedding designer, our in-house stationery expert, and is behind all of the cute little IG and other social moments you see!
Alexa quickly earned her spot as a Senior Planner on the team, growing into this role with the utmost level of care and attention to detail for all of her clients and their families.
Sydney
Annie
With a tenured career in hospitality and the tenacity to get the job done - Sydney is a perfect person to have run your event. She takes great care of her couples and vendors alike!
Leading with a heart of gold, Annie's clients always feel as though they are her number one priority, because they are! You'll never feel stress when working alongside her.
Meagan
Mad Men
Our resident Austin planner, Meagan's background in theater, dance, and the events industry will no doubt make her the happiest person in the room on your wedding day.
The brains (and brawn!) behind our gorgeous installations and production. They can pretty much make anything happen, just don't tell them we told you that ;)
We're on a mission to to design a spectacular event that captures our couples' personalities in every detail. Our aim is to make the journey to 'I do' a hassle-free, fun AF experience that's a perfect blend of sophistication and excitement. From the grandest ideas to the smallest touches, our creative team (aka your new planning besties) work their magic, bringing to life a celebration that's as unique as the love story it represents.
