What began as a way to introduce simple, generic table numbers in the fall of 2020 soon scaled to a level beyond our wildest dreams. We took production from our garage to a warehouse, and bought more machines than we care to describe. But we've done it all for the love of design and wedding decor - to be able to stand out from the crowd and create personal, gorgeous moments for our clients and their guests to enjoy.

We offer three tiers of service for our Scarlet Rose Collective pieces - originals, semi-custom, and fully customized pieces for your design and wedding decor. Already a Scarlet Rose Design or Full Service client? This process is included in your design phase already. If you have one of our smaller packages, or are not a Scarlet Rose Events client, we would still love to add to the design of your day with our Collective pieces!
For our event design clients - no. For other Collective orders there is a $1000 minimum order during non-peak months (Dec-Feb, June-Sept) and $2000 minimum order during peak months (Mar-May, Oct-Nov).
Do you have a minimum for ordering collective items?
No problem! We are thrilled to have many planner partners all over the state that we work with on a regular basis. You can fill out our contact form or have your planner get in touch with us directly.
what if we are working with another planning company?
Because all of our pieces are so custom, it's hard to give pricing without having a conversation about your design needs. However, our dance floors start at $2200 and seating chart installs at $1500.
Can you give me pricing information ahead of time?
Our designer will go through the three tiers we offer, and if Custom is the route you choose, we will make a custom Collective Guide following a $350 design fee payment. You'll get mockups, paint swatches, and really be able to visualize all of your custom pieces that way!
what can i expect after booking my design call?
Not at all! We've used our Collective pieces for milestone birthdays, engagement parties, baby showers, and many corporate events.
