  • Guided assistance through personalized Planning Portal. Portal includes budget tracker, planning checklist, guest list management system, detail decision-making prompts for wedding planning, preferred vendors, and more!

  • Vendor matching questionnaire to perfectly match client with vendor team. Communication and acquisition of vendors based on client needs; scheduling and securing all vendors via consultations, tasting appointments, meetings, and phone call/email communication. 

  • Communication liaison and facilitator between client and all vendors during the planning process, including, but not limited to, caterer, photo/video, catering/bar, hotel blocks, transportation, etc. 

  • Set and maintain budget records during planning process; reminders for vendor payments.

  • Invitation assembly and mailing, guest RSVP tracking

  • Unlimited communication with planner / designer

  • Design phase begins 9 months before the wedding date with assigned Designer. Designer prepares a custom, curated design board; everything from bridal party attire to stationery to floral and rental decor is represented. 

  • Designer schedules and sources design-related vendors, including stationery, florist, rentals, etc. to ensure design plan is carried out. 

  • On-site consultation meeting 4-6 weeks before wedding to discuss vendors, contracts, timeline, layout, and details of the day

  • Detailed timeline distributed and vendors confirmed in the weeks leading up to the wedding

  • Inventory / Décor checklist provided for all items needed on the day of the wedding so nothing is forgotten!

  • Ceremony rehearsal execution (based on availability and scheduled 30 days before the wedding)

  • Collect final payments/gratuities (in labeled, sealed envelope) to distribute to vendors on the day

  • Setup and teardown of smaller personal décor (card box, engagement photos, guestbook, etc.)

  • 10 planning sessions with your assigned Lead Planner, based on availability and scheduled in advance. Common planning sessions include: pick your brain conversations, early venue site visit, planner to come along to catering tasting, floral appointment, etc. Use them at any time during your planning process. Each planning session equates to one hour of Planner's time.
